Timer Accessoy for the 24-400L Battery Charger-Analyzer
- The Timer 24 is an accessory designed to complement
the 24-400L Battery Charger-Analyzer (also the older 24-400A and 24-400D) by providing a
programmable timed control for the charge and discharge modes.
- The clock speed can be programmed to run as a
standard time displaying hours and minutes, or can be run as a fast timer displaying
minutes and seconds. A very fast test mode is also available to rapidly verify the
performance of the system .
- Time programming is accomplished via a two digit
selector for the setting of hours or minutes, depending on the clock speed selected.
- The timer circuit is based on a very accurate
crystal oscillator and it is powered by a plug-in power supply.
- It is backed-up (internally) by a rechargeable 9V
Nickel-Cadmium battery that maintains the elapsed time in case of power line failures.
SPECIFICATIONS
1.1 DISPLAY:
Four digit LED readout.
Discharge: constant current, adjustable: 0 to 6.00A, in steps of 10mA (0.01A).
1.2 PROGRAMMING:
Two digits. Hours in the HH:MM mode or
minutes in the MM:SS mode.
1.3 MODES:
Standard, HH:MM (hours and minutes)
Fast, MM:SS (minutes and seconds).
Test (seconds and 64ths of a second).
1.4 BATTERY BACK-UP:
Internal, rechargeable 9V Nickel-Cadmium.
1.5 AMBIENT:
+5oC to +35oC.
